Terms of service

These terms of service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for the provision of passenger transport services by LUX TRANSFERS Sp. z o.o. w organizacji.

§1 General provisions

1.1. The service operator is LUX TRANSFERS Sp. z o.o. w organizacji, with its registered office in Bydgoszcz. Company registration in progress — registration details (VAT ID, REGON, KRS, address) will be published once completed.

1.2. The service is provided within Poland, from hubs in Bydgoszcz and Poznań.

1.3. Rides are booked through the LUX TRANSFERS mobile app available on Google Play. This website is informational and provides a preliminary price calculator.

§2 Vehicle classes

2.1. The operator provides services in three classes:

  • STANDARD — comfortable sedans, up to 4 passengers.
  • LUX — premium-class vehicles, up to 4 passengers.
  • VAN — 7-9 passenger vans.

§3 Pricing

3.1. The ride price is calculated using the following formula:

  • STANDARD/LUX: (time × PLN 1.20/min + distance × PLN 0.50/km) × 1.20 margin × 1.08 VAT; the LUX class adds a further +15% premium.
  • VAN: flat rate of PLN 4.50/km.

3.2. The minimum fare per ride is PLN 100.00.

3.3. The price covers the driver’s full journey: from the base to the pickup point, the route with the customer and the return from the destination to the base (a so-called round trip). This applies to all vehicle classes and regardless of the pickup zone.

3.4. A quote from the app or the website is valid for 10 minutes from the time it is calculated.

§4 Waiting time and standing charge

4.1. Free driver waiting time at the pickup point:

  • standard ride: 10 minutes,
  • airport pickup, domestic flight: 45 minutes,
  • airport pickup, international flight: 75 minutes.

4.2. Once the free waiting time is exceeded, a charge of PLN 1.00 per minute applies.

§5 Cancellation and cancellation fee

5.1. Cancelling an order before it is accepted by a driver is free of charge.

5.2. Cancelling after a driver has accepted the order incurs a cancellation fee of PLN 20.00.

5.3. A no-show results in the full ride amount being charged.

§6 Payments

6.1. Payments are made exclusively through the mobile app — by payment card, BLIK or Google Pay. Cash payment is possible by prior arrangement.

6.2. A VAT invoice is available in the app after the ride is completed.

§7 Complaints

7.1. Complaints can be submitted electronically to: reklamacje@lux-transfers.com.

7.2. The operator handles complaints within 14 days of receipt.

§8 Final provisions

8.1. Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law.

8.2. The operator reserves the right to amend the Terms. Changes are published at www.lux-transfers.com.

8.3. These Terms are an English translation for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish-language version prevails.
